If you want to use a Money Order, Cashier's or Personal Check instead of a credit card, send it with an itemized list to the business address on the Contact page; please include your return address and day time phone number.

ORDER PROCESSING: An automated email confirmation is sent once you have completed your order. If your order isn't shipped within three days, we will e-mail the status.

RETURNS: Unless noted otherwise, we will consider return items within 30 days of deliver. E-mail us - Prior Authorization is required. We will reply with shipping instructions and the RMA (return merchandise authorization). Sender pays shipping. All items must be returned unopened and in restocking condition to be considered for refund - items received in less than restock condition will not be refunded..
